Aysel Küçüksu’s research explores how legal frameworks influence the development and application of AI solutions in public administration. She leads the project FLAIR – Framework for Legal AI Regulation, in collaboration with David Budtz Pedersen. The project analyzes how the absence of a clear legal basis has hindered the practical implementation of AI solutions.
