Denmark has a tradition of using data to strengthen and develop society, and the digitalization of the subsurface is no exception. However, alongside the many benefits, the digitalization of our subsurface also presents dilemmas. Therefore, Digital Lead and the Algorithms, Data, and Democracy-project invite you to a conference focusing on the digitalization of our subsurface.
The digitalization of our underground infrastructure holds both enormous potential and significant security challenges. The potential benefits range from advancements in climate management, urban planning, supply systems, and security. Yet, the digitalization of our subsurface also brings forth challenges related to cyber threats, security, and climate issues. The conference brings together experts, practitioners, and authorities to explore, discuss, and inspire new approaches to the digitalization of our underground infrastructure.
